Welcome to Chertsey Bowling Club
We are a friendly and inclusive community Lawn Bowling Club, situated at the rear of the recreation park on Guildford Road (next to Sir William Perkins School). There is an on-site car park and a comfortable club house with bar and catering facilities. The lawn and grounds offer a relaxing environment to enjoy the game or just watch! Outdoor games are played at the Club from mid April to the end of September. In the winter we run social activities such as darts and board games.
The club currently has 70+ members across varying age groups and we welcome enquiries from bowlers of all abilities from absolute beginners to skilled competition bowlers. We have a Surrey County player who is a qualified coach and provides free coaching on Tuesday and Friday from 4.30pm for beginners and bowlers who want to work on their play. There are also roll-ups at 5.15pm on Tuesday and Friday evenings where members meet up, have a game and socialise. Come along and meet new friends.

If you have never tried bowls, now's the time to give it a go! Come along and experience for yourself how good it is to play - and your 1st year's membership is just £50! Join us with your family on one of our open days and enjoy a game. If you can't make our open days the just drop in to one of our Tuesday or Friday evening Roll Ups at 5.15pm. We encourage junior members who pay just £10 per year membership - and we need more! The grounds and pavilion are wheelchair friendly and accessible to all. And if you just want some good company our social membership is also just £10 a year.
