The Annual General Meeting takes place at 10.00am on Sunday 27th October 2019.
Nominations are required for the Committee of 2019/2020 on the form on the notice board or via the form on the website. The list will close 14 days before the AGM.
Any items for discussion at the meeting and any motion for the agenda showing proposer and seconder must be in the secretary's hands by 16th September. This is to ensure that all members are in receipt of an agenda including motions and a copy of last years AGM 21 days before the AGM as per rule 4(e). Please note that at least the proposer or the seconder must be present at the AGM.
If you are unable to attend and wish an apology to be recorded this must be written and in the hands of the secretary prior to the start of the meeting. This can be sent by post, placed before the day in club pigeon hole, or by hand of a friend.
When you arrive please ensure that you register your attendance on the form that will be provided at the door. Members still in their first year (probationary period) may register their attendance but cannot vote on any matter and can only attend for observation purposes.
