IMPORTANT RULES FOR COMPETITION DRAW FOR RINKS

Please abide by the rules set up by Bowls England about the Draw for Rinks with regards to Competitions.  If the rules below are not adhered to by players, a complaint can be made against them.

The rink to be played on must be drawn ON THE DAY that the game is to be played.
See Crystal Mark Edition 3.2 of the Laws of the Sport of Bowls Law 3 and Bowls England National Competition Rules section 7.

Match Day
7.1 A draw for rink/s to be played on shall be made in accordance with the current Laws of the Sport. For a match requiring one rink, a minimum of two rinks shall be offered to the opponent. For a match requiring more than one rink, the amount of rinks offered must be at least equal to the number of rinks required for play.

Leamington.
This is a red herring .
As far as Leamington, and SCWBA and SCBA finals day ( and semi finals day when held ) BE, SCWBA or SCBA are the Controlling Bodies for these events, and they are authorised under Law 3.1 to make the draw for rinks.

This is also done this way by World Bowls for the Commonwealth Games, World Championships and other World Bowls events such as the Atlantic Games.
